Store credit is a form of refund that we issue when you return a product. It can be conveniently used for future purchase on our website.
Once a return is processed, and the product has passed the quality check (QC) process, the store credit is emailed directly to your registered email ID in the form of a unique voucher code. This code can be entered in the 'discount' field at checkout and the voucher amount will be adjusted against your next purchase.
All store credit vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of issue, giving you ample time for your next purchase. Do note that store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
