I would like to pay using Cash on Delivery (COD), but the option isn’t available. Why is that?
We provide various payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD), across most cities, towns, and villages in India.
However, there are occasions when one or more of these payment methods may not be available. COD, in particular, could be unavailable under the following conditions:
A discount code like PREPAID has been applied, offering an additional discount and automatically disabling the COD option.
The order amount is either below INR 399 or exceeds INR 4999.
Temporary operational challenges, such as insufficient manpower to manage cash transactions.
You have previously canceled or rejected multiple COD orders.
These factors can affect the availability of the COD option for your order.
