We want you to feel completely confident shopping with Madish. If something is not quite right, we will help you resolve it smoothly.
15 Day Easy Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Easy Size Exchange
Need a different size. We offer simple, hassle free exchanges subject to availability.
Refund to Original Payment Method
If you choose a refund, it will be processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are transferred to your nominated bank account.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the product clears inspection at our warehouse.
Store Credit Valid for 365 Days
You may also choose Madish Credit instead of a refund. Store credit remains valid for 365 days from the date it is issued.
Free Pickup
We offer free reverse pickup in most serviceable pin codes.
If pickup is unavailable or unsuccessful after two attempts, you may self ship the product to us. We reimburse up to ₹250 as Madish Credit towards shipping costs.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Product must pass a quality inspection upon receipt
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it is inspected to ensure it meets these conditions before approval.
Pre Dispatch Cancellations
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days of cancellation confirmation.
