  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch for a full refund
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days

If We Cancel an Order

  • Orders may be cancelled due to pricing errors, stock issues, or fraud alerts
  • You’ll be notified via email or phone if this occurs

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges allowed within 7 days of delivery
  • Refunds are processed as Madish Credit or to the original payment source
  • Non-returnable items will be mentioned on the product page
